The Planning Commission meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 6 pm. The Planning Commission works with the Mt Ascutney Region Commission and the Southern Windsor County Regional Planning Commission as Consultants and for support in economic development.
The planning commission is currently updating the zoning by-laws to conform to the new state changes that focus on creating more affordable housing in Windsor. In 2026, we will be updating the Town Plan to implement the vision of how additional housing should be integrated with existing housing and what areas are opportunities for new residential and commercial growth.
