About the Windsor Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 6 pm. The Planning Commission works with the Mt Ascutney Region Commission and the Southern Windsor County Regional Planning Commission as Consultants and for support in economic development.

The planning commission is currently updating the zoning by-laws to conform to the new state changes that focus on creating more affordable housing in Windsor. In 2026, we will be updating the Town Plan to implement the vision of how additional housing should be integrated with existing housing and what areas are opportunities for new residential and commercial growth. Clif has over 30 years experience in real estate vitalization, restoration and historic preservation.
He has refurbished 4 homes in Windsor and many other homes in surrounding towns.
All homes were unoccupiable and an were a blight on the community and generating minimum tax revenue.
After completion all home added at least 4 times more to their value when purchased.

Harry attended Boston University for his Master of City Planning and Emerson College for his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Literature and Creative Writing. In various past lives, he has been a bread baker, an EMT, and a reference librarian specializing in business and economic research.
